Tokyo's largest free-admission dog event, held annually in the Yoyogi Park Event Plaza and Zelkova-lined promenade. 90+ exhibitor booths selling treats, toys, accessories, and pet lifestyle products. Activities include dog yoga, professional photo sessions, eating competitions, health checks, food trucks serving human and dog-friendly food, therapy dog and rescue dog meet-and-greet, and breed club meet-ups. Free to enter. Dogs must be sociable and on-lead on arrival; off-lead only in designated areas. Well-suited for dogs and owners of all experience levels. The 2026 edition ran 10–12 April (Fri 1pm–7pm; Sat–Sun 10am–5pm).

One of Japan's largest pet lifestyle festivals co-produced by digital media groups FLAFFY and UUUM. Combines pet community events with creator content: photo booths, dog identity-photo shoots with limited-edition frames, a dog lottery, the popular Creators' Flea Market, and 'Nikumatsuri Hot Dog Grand Prix' food competition. Open to dogs and their owners in a relaxed outdoor plaza setting. The 2026 edition ran 12–14 June. Japan's leading cat-themed market event, running twice a year. Around 500 booths filled with cat-inspired handmade and creative products: art prints, paintings, mugs, textiles, accessories, soft toys, and photography. Attended by cat lovers, illustrators, and independent creators. Cat-inspired food stalls. The spring 2026 edition ran on 5 April. An autumn edition typically runs in mid-October. Admission ¥600 advance / ¥500 door (cash only from 1pm on the day); children under 6 free. No live animals — purely creative product market.
