One of the most popular dog-walking destinations in Phuket, with a shaded perimeter path around a freshwater lake. Located just inland from Nai Harn Beach in the far south of the island. Dogs must be leashed at all times. Early morning (6-8am) is the prime dog-walking window before heat and tourism build. The path is approximately 1.5km around the lake. Popular with the large Rawai and Nai Harn expat community.

Rawai's beachfront promenade along Viset Road is one of the most dog-friendly walking areas in Phuket. The beach is less tourist-heavy than Patong or Kata and the seafront has a relaxed atmosphere suitable for dogs on leash. Local seafood restaurants along the promenade are generally dog-tolerant at outdoor tables. Note the large stray dog population managed by TNR — socialised strays are common. Dogs must be leashed.
